Shipping & Return Policy
Most orders placed Monday - Friday before 12pm CST are shipped out on the same day, however we are unable to guarantee same day shipments. Our business hours are:
Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 6:00pm CST.
We encourage our customers to place an order when half of their CBD product has been depleted, as this will prevent shipping delays and ensure no disruptions in routine. We ship everywhere in the US and most locations internationally.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We want you to feel confident with your CBD purchase, which is why we aim to provide industry leading quality assurance with excellent customer service. Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product(s) must be made within 72 hours of receiving the product to zach@heartofgoldlabs.com. You will need to provide detailed information for any damaged product(s) and photo proof of damages within that time frame.
If you are not satisfied with our products, you may request a refund of the full purchase price minus shipping costs within 30 business days of the product received date. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Please submit your request to zach@heartofgoldlabs.com.
DELIVERY METHOD & TIMING
Your shipping charges will be calculated at checkout. Shipments are sent using USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air, DHL Parcel, and DHL Express. Shipping times depend on your location from our warehouse and fulfillment center located in Denver, Colorado. Typical shipping times may vary from 4-7 business days (Monday to Friday) after processing times. This does not include potential inclement weather or holiday overflow. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER OUT?
We try our best to ship out as many packages as possible, even if that means running to the Post Office, DHL or UPS to drop off your package after their scheduled pick up. Due to the high volume of orders, some packages may not be able to ship on the same day. Please know that we are always working to get you your order as quickly as possible.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping email confirmation with your tracking number. If you did not receive it, please email us at zach@heartofgoldlabs.com and we will be happy to provide you with your tracking number.
CAN I UPGRADE MY SHIPPING?
You may choose to upgrade your shipping to a faster method of your choice at an additional cost. Please notify us immediately (at least four hours before the end of the business day) before your order is shipped out. Email us promptly at zach@heartofgoldlabs.com and tell us your order number, preferred shipping and phone number, and we will call to fulfill payment requirements. Please have your credit or debit card ready.
SHIPPING METHODS & ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATES
USPS First Class Mail: Domestic packages usually arrive within the end of 3-5 business days according to their website.
USPS Priority Mail: Domestic packages usually arrive within the end of 1-3 business days according to their website.
UPS Ground: Domestic packages usually arrive within the end of 2-7 business days according to their website.
UPS 3 Day Select: Domestic packages usually arrive within the end of 3 business days according to their website.
UPS 2nd Day Air: Domestic packages usually arrive within the end of 2 business days according to their website.
UPS Next Day Air: UPS is committed to deliver the next day before the end of the business day, according to their website.
DHL Parcel: Domestic packages usually arrive within 2-8 business days; 4-8 business days to Europe; 6-14 business days to the rest to the world, according to their website.
DHL Express: Domestic packages usually arrive by the next possible business day, according to their website.
Please note UPS does not offer weekend delivery through our system. This means if you placed an order on Friday for overnight, it will not be delivered until Monday.
If your preferred shipping address is a P.O. Box, please be sure to pick USPS Priority Mail as your shipping method!
International Shipping: At this time, we only offer DHL for international shipping. Please note that international mail may require an extra 2-3 weeks to arrive. We are not responsible for custom delays or if your package has been returned due to your country's regulations.
